Miles Collision Center

Very poor repair quality. They used glue instead of properly fixing my car, and now the bumper gaps are getting worse and the panel above the headlight is lifting up. When I complained, they tried to blame me instead of taking responsibility, even though they could not show any actual sign of a new collision. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop.

I went today to get a small repair after running over an animal. They were all so helpful and kind. Great customer service! If I ever need body shop help again I will definitely use them!

I came in to get an estimate on my vehicle from hail damage. I told the guy(Georgie) that he isn’t my first estimate. Before he got to my car, in a rude manner he replied with “ Than why am I wasting my time?”. I asked if he had a problem with me having more than just HIS estimate, he said whatever, got in my car and mumbled something out (rude voice). 15 minutes went by and he’s done with inspection. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I wont be going there for service. I have never had that experience from Miles in all the 3-4 cars Ive bought from there . AND WONT GO BACK

Great service here! I have had body work completed here before and it was done well. Recently, I had a "scratch" with paint damage. They buffed it out with a rag and special paste while I waited and didn't charge a thing!
